There’s a flag on the play

Flag football is a small sided game of American football invented to give those new to playing the game, a fun and accessible introduction to the sport. This form of football is played around the country by teams of all ages, but it is a great way for youngsters to take to the field for the first time.

Flag football is a non-contact sport where you get to practice all the passing, catching and running elements of American football but you tackle by taking the flag off the ball carrier.
