Railroaders putting everything on the line

There are an important few weeks and months ahead for the Crewe Railroaders as they look to return to league football and the BAFANL.

The Railroaders will be going head to head with the Staffordshire Stallions in a league assessed game. The game represents the historic organisation’s first official home game in over a decade and the club want the football fans of Cheshire to come out on game day.

The organisation are currently preparing to welcome the Staffordshire Stallions who will be traveling to Crewe for this important league assessed game. This is the Crewe Railroaders’ first official home game in over a decade and they are inviting the people of Cheshire to cheer them on come game day.

The date and venue are yet to be confirmed, but check back with us for an update within the next week.

Crewe were awarded league affiliation status and are now being evaluated by the games governing body BAFA. To gain entry to the league they need to play at least one home game and one away game. Having lost to the DC Presidents on the road, the Railroaders will be hoping to celebrate both a return to the league and a first victory of the new era.

The Staffordshire Stallions are a well drilled, young and motivated university team with an impressive reputation, and their results suggest it will be an entertaining match in the north west.

The team and its representatives have worked hard to bring this event together. If you love American Football then get to Crewe and support the Railroaders on what will hopefully be a great day in the organisation’s history.
