Fury ‘Cross The Mersey: North West’s BIGGEST Roller Derby clash

For the first time EVER, the two shores of the River Mersey will meet in what is anticipated to be the biggest roller derby bout in the North West.

On Saturday, 29th June, Wirral Whipiteres host Liverpool Roller Birds Chicks at Leasowe Recreation Centre, home of the Whips.

Gerry is going to need more than a couple of Pacemakers, as these two fierce sides go (Birken)head to (The Pier)head, to battle it out for supremacy in Merseyside.

With a nautical flavour to the bout all spectators are asked to be dressed for the occasion in your best pirate/sailor/maritime outfits.

This roller derby action hopes to be one that lives long in the memories, and each of the sides will need their supporters, both those seasoned fans and also any newcomers, to show wear their colours with pride!
