Keith Firmin brings you The Wrap-Up on all of last night’s NBA games including, Kyrie’s 41 point night and the Bulls stopping Indy’s win streak.

Miami @ Charlotte

The Heat beat the Bobcats in Charlotte, 97-81. Lebron James scored 30 points to lead all players but it was the Heat’s defence that held the ‘Cats to just 34% shooting that got the win.

Dallas @ Orlando

The Mavericks rolled out of Orlando as winners after beating the Magic, 108-100. Monta Ellis’ 19 points led the Mavs in scoring while Aaron Afflalo led all scorers with 25 points.

Atlanta @ New York

The Hawks had eight players with double-digit points and their balanced offence worked as they best the Knicks at MSG, 110-90. Millsap and ‘Melo both had double-doubles for their respective sides.

Indiana @ Chicago

The Pacers lost their unbeaten 9-0 start to the season at the hands of the Bulls, 110-94. The Bulls led by almost 30 at various points in the game as they leapt on the visiting Pacers from the outset. Luol Deng top scored for the Bulls with 23 points while Rose returned from a hamstring injury to notch 20 points including 6-of-11 from long range. Roy Hibbert had 14 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks in the loss.

Denver @ Houston

Dwight Howard did a good enough job from the free throw line (17-of-24) to see off the Nuggets, 122-111. The recent Hack-a-Dwight strategy employed by teams to take the opposition out of their offensive rhythm has had mixed success and last night saw Howard hit 70% of his freebies to finish with 25 points. Ty Lawson led all scorers with 28.

Boston @ Timberwolves

Avery Bradley scored 27 for the Celtics but it wasn’t enough to stop the Timberwolves from rolling them over for the 106-88 win. Pekovic and Love combined for 43 points and 24 rebounds in their seventh win of the season.

Philadelphia @ New Orleans

The Pelicans shot 60% from the field as they routed the visiting 76ers, 135-98. Ryan Anderson played his first game of the 2013/14 season and scored 26 points on 10-of-16 shooting, including 60% from 3. Anthony Davis had eight blocks in the emphatic win.
