The Wrap-Up: Nets get help against Boston and Kyrie goes crazy vs New York

Keith Firmin brings you The Wrap-Up on all of last night’s NBA games including Kobe scoring 20, the Pacers overcoming the Heat and Kyrie’s night against New York.

New York @ Cleveland

Kyrie Irving scored a game-high 37 points, as well as dishing out 11 assists in the Cavaliers’ 109-94 win over the Knicks. Carmelo Anthony’s team-high 29 points were not enough to stop the Knicks losing for the 11th time in 13 games.

In the battle for supremacy in the East, the Pacers got early bragging rights with a 90-84 win. Despite trailing early on in the contest, the Pacers rallied to win the game and remain unbeaten at home this season. Roy Hibbert led all scorers with 24 points while LeBron James finished with 17 points, 14 rebounds and six assists in the loss.

San Antonio @ Toronto

The Raptors were without their newest arrivals post-Gay trade and it mattered, as the Spurs handed them a 116-103 defeat. Both Amir Johnson and DeMar DeRozan finished with 19 points but it wasn’t enough against a balanced Spurs offense that saw seven players finish in double-digit points.
