The Wrap-Up: Knicks and Thunder game winners waved away!

Keith Firmin brings you The Wrap-Up on all of last night’s NBA games including, two crazy finishes.

Houston @ New York

With only 5.8 seconds remaining, Carmelo Anthony’s incredible 3 and the foul to tie the game at 107 was waived off, condemning the Knicks to a 109-106 defeat to the visiting Rockets. Melo had an incredible night with 45 points, 10 rebounds and four assists but it wasn’t enough to see off the Rockets, who had 36 points from Harden, 22 points from Parsons and 21 points from Lin.

Melo’s potential game-winner is ruled out

Thunder @ Warriors

Russell Westbrook looked to have sealed the win for the Thunder with a 3 with time expiring but Andre Iguodala’s turnaround jumper ensured that it was the Warriors who walked off the floor with the W, 116-115. Golden State’s 14 point fourth quarter lead was whittled away by the visiting Thunder until Iggy’s late shot rescued the victory for the Warriors. Durant had 20 points, seven rebounds and eight assists, Serge Ibaka had 27 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks and Russell Westbrook recorded 31 points. The Warriors backcourt combined for 49 points in the win.
