Keith Firmin brings you The Wrap-Up on all of last night’s NBA games including, Xavier Henry destroying the Pelicans defence and Dirk moving up the scoring list.

Milwaukee @ Miami

Lebron’s 33 points were enough to see off the visiting Milwaukee Bucks as the Heat won, 118-95. Michael Beasley’s 19 points were his best performance since his return to Miami in the Summer. Gary Neal and John Henson each had 18 points in defeat.

Chalmers’ cheeky dime

Washington @ Dallas

Both Gortat and Wall had a double-double for the Wizards but it didn’t help them in Dallas as they went down to the Mavericks 105-95. Five Mavericks had 10 points or more with both Nowitzki and Carter top scoring with 19 apiece. The big German’s total led him past Jerry West and into 16th place on the all-time scoring list with 25,197 points.

New Orleans @ Los Angeles Lakers

The hot-and-cold Lakers met the cold-and-hot Pelicans at the Staples Center last night, with the Lakers winning, 116-95. LA stopped the Pelicans getting on the boards, out rebounding them 53-31. The LA win avenges their loss to the Pelicans four days earlier and also stopped a potential three-game losing streak.
